Full refund if we cannot assign a mentor within 7 days of payment.
Partial refunds may apply before development starts—per your signed scope document.
No refund after final source code and report delivery, except duplicate billing errors.
Refund requests: email hello@uni-fix.edu with transaction ID within 14 days.

When gateways are enabled, card data stays on Razorpay/Stripe—never on our servers.

Every matched payment gets an email receipt with project ID and mentor contact.

Billing disputes are handled within 2 business days via hello@uni-fix.edu.

Yes for Standard and Premium packages—typically 50% to start and 50% before final delivery. Confirm splits with your mentor.

UPI and IMPS are usually verified within a few hours on business days. NEFT may take up to 24 hours.

Quotes include applicable GST where required. Your receipt will show the breakdown.
